Salary: $15.00 Plus Commission

Job Summary:

 

Are you a confident, outgoing student who loves talking with people and isn't shy about picking up the phone? We are partnering with a dynamic local education program to find a friendly, professional Student Enrollment Representative to join their thriving team! In this hands-on, part-time role, you will connect with students who are interested in the program, guide them toward taking their diagnostic exam, answer simple billing questions, and keep things running smoothly behind the scenes by building and organizing Excel spreadsheets. With a short, mid-morning schedule that fits around your classes and a $40 bonus for every student who takes a diagnostic, this is a fantastic opportunity to sharpen your sales and customer service skills while earning extra income in a fast-paced, energetic environment!

 

Requirements:

• Call and speak with students who are interested in the program, building rapport and clearly explaining the next steps
• Convert interested students into scheduling and taking a diagnostic exam
• Assist students and families with simple billing questions in a professional, courteous manner
• Perform administrative tasks, including building Excel spreadsheets and keeping records and files well-organized

 

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in school
• Strong English communication and phone skills; previous sales experience is a plus
• Professional, outgoing, and not shy, with excellent customer service skills
• Comfortable using a computer, phone, and Microsoft Excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

 

Schedule & Pay:

• Part Time – 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM
• $15.00 per hour + $40 bonus for every student who takes a diagnostic
