Job Description:

We are seeking a dependable, mechanically inclined Facilities Maintenance Technician to assist with the upkeep, repair, and general maintenance of a manufacturing facility. This position works under the direction of the Facilities Maintenance Supervisor and involves a variety of hands-on maintenance tasks, repairs, and special projects throughout the facility.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform general building maintenance and repairs throughout the facility.

• Assist with plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and other facility-related projects.

• Troubleshoot and resolve routine maintenance issues.

• Assist with facility improvements, installations, and special projects.

• Use hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment safely and effectively.

• Work alongside the Facilities Maintenance Supervisor to complete assigned projects.

• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in general maintenance, construction, or a related hands-on trade preferred.

• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, or mechanical repairs.

• Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a maintenance team.

• Comfortable working in an active manufacturing environment.

• Dependable, safety-conscious, and willing to assist wherever needed.
