Key Responsibilities

• Set up and prepare production machines for new jobs and production runs.
• Install and adjust clamping fixtures, tooling, and feed mechanisms.
• Fine-tune machine settings to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues using sound diagnostic techniques.
• Perform machine changeovers and setup adjustments as needed.
• Monitor equipment performance and make corrections to minimize downtime.
• Work closely with production staff to ensure jobs are completed accurately and on schedule.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with machine setup, maintenance, machining, or industrial equipment preferred.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Comfortable working with hand tools, measuring devices, and production equipment.
• Manufacturing, maintenance, machining, or industrial setup experience is a plus.
