Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Facility Custodian for a local facility in Mason City. We’re looking for someone dependable, hands-on, and comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.

 

What You’ll Do:

• Clean offices, restrooms, floors, windows, and common areas.
• Clean interior and exterior of buses. 
• Complete minor building repairs and routine upkeep.
• Maintain outdoor grounds, including mowing and debris cleanup.
• Remove snow and ice from sidewalks and parking areas in winter.
• Restock supplies and keep cleaning materials organized.

 

What We’re Looking For:

 

• Must be able to work independently and stay on task.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable using cleaning and basic maintenance equipment.
• Able to perform physical work indoors and outdoors.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
