Silk Screener / Screen Printing Production Associate

Job Type: Part-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday 10am-3pm
Pay Rate: $13/hour

Job Summary

Express is seeking a reliable female and detail-oriented Silk Screener to assist with screen printing and finishing production. The ideal candidate will be comfortable performing repetitive hands-on work, following detailed instructions, and inspecting products to ensure quality standards are met. THEY WILL TRAIN YOU

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Set up and operate screen printing equipment.

• Apply ink and screen designs to products according to specifications.

• Position and align materials accurately before printing.

• Monitor print quality and make adjustments as needed.

• Inspect finished products for smudges, misprints, imperfections, and other defects.

• Clean and maintain screens, tools, and work areas.

• Prepare materials and products for the next stage of production.

• Follow production instructions, quality standards, and safety procedures.

• Maintain a clean and organized workstation.

• Meet daily production and quality goals.

• Perform other general production duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous silk screening or screen-printing experience preferred.

• Manufacturing, production, assembly, or finishing experience is a plus.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify small imperfections.

• Good hand-eye coordination.

• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently.

• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.

• Willingness to perform repetitive tasks.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods.

• Frequent use of hands and arms.

• Repetitive motions involving printing and handling materials.

• Ability to bend, reach, and lift materials as needed.

• Ability to safely handle inks, screens, and production materials.
