A growing paperboard manufacturing facility is seeking dependable and experienced Manufacturing Associates to join our team. This is a full-time opportunity offering competitive pay, stable hours, and room for growth.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment in a paperboard production environment
• Load raw materials and assist with machine setup
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all company safety policies and production procedures
• Assist with packaging, labeling, and material handling as needed

Requirements:

• Previous manufacturing experience required
• Must be able to pass a background check (clear background required)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift
• Must be able to stand, bend, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
