We are seeking a dedicated and consistent Production Associate to join our manufacturing team. This role involves operating various industrial machinery, performing quality control, and ensuring efficient production processes. You will be responsible to produce high-quality products efficiently and safely.. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing setting and possess or be willing to develop relevant technical skills. This is an immediate full-time opportunity for individuals eager to contribute to high-quality production operations.
Available Shifts - ROTATIONAL ONLY
- Days - 7:00am - 3:00pm
- Afternoon - 3:00pm - 11:00pm
- Night - 11:00pm - 7:00am
(Must be flexible to work all 3 shifts)
Pay rate: $19.00/hr -$20.00/hr, plus 4% vacation pay
Responsibilities
- Pack finished products efficiently and securely according to company specifications
- Inspect items for quality and accuracy before packing
- Engage in assembly, packaging, and quality control activities to meet production standards.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and inspecting equipment regularly.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and resolve any assembly issues promptly
Experience
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds as needed
- Strong understanding of quality control standards and inspection procedures..
- Prior experience in manufacturing, production or machining environments preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment while adhering to safety standards
