A boutique health and wellness company featuring artisanally crafted products is seeking a detail-oriented Fulfillment Associate – Gift Notes Writer to join their team in Sun Valley. 

Summary: This position is ideal for someone with neat, clear, and highly legible handwriting who can accurately handwrite personalized gift notes included with customer orders. When gift note writing is not needed, the associate will assist with general fulfillment duties, including picking and packing orders.

MUST HAVE GOOD HANDWRITING.

Responsibilities:

• Handwrite customer gift notes using neat, clear, consistent, and easy-to-read lettering.
• Accurately copy messages onto gift cards while maintaining proper spelling and attention to detail.
• Ensure gift notes are correctly matched with the appropriate customer orders.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Assist with general warehouse and fulfillment tasks as needed.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and efficient work area.
• Follow company procedures for order accuracy, packaging, and quality control.

Qualifications:

• Excellent handwriting with a strong emphasis on legibility, consistency, and accuracy.
• Ability to write clearly in a simple, straightforward style rather than decorative or cursive lettering.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions.
• Ability to work efficiently while maintaining accuracy when writing multiple gift notes.
• Willingness to assist with picking, packing, and other fulfillment duties.
• Dependable, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous fulfillment, warehouse, or order-picking experience is a plus but not required.
