We are seeking a dedicated Heavy Manufacturing General Labour to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the efficient operation of our manufacturing processes.

As a Heavy Manufacturing General Labour team member, you will support day-to-day production and material handling through practical, hands-on work. You’ll contribute to an organized, steady workflow by assisting with assembly, using appropriate tools, and helping keep work areas and materials ready for the team.

Rotational Shifts: Days 7am - 3pm, Afternoon 3pm - 11pm, Nights 11pm - 7am (must be flexible to work all shifts)

Pay rate: $18.00/hr -$20.00/hr, plus 4% vacation pay

Responsibilities

• Assist with manufacturing and assembly tasks, following work instructions and established procedures.
• Use hand tools and power tools appropriately to complete assigned production work.
• Move, stage, and organize materials in production or warehouse areas; operate a forklift when assigned and authorized.
• Keep work areas orderly and communicate material or workflow concerns to colleagues.

Requirements

Required: Practical ability to follow instructions, handle tools safely, and support manufacturing and assembly tasks with care and attention. Mechanical knowledge helps with hands-on production work and recognizing when equipment or materials need attention. Preferred: Warehouse experience and familiarity with forklift operation, hand tools, and power tools are valuable strengths for supporting material movement and production activities.
