Position Overview

Express Employment Professionals – Forest Lake is seeking qualified and motivated candidates for Office Coordinator openings in North Branch, Minnesota. • Hourly Pay: $21.00-$23.00/Hour
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM
• Pay Frequency: Weekly
• Employment Type: Evaluation-to-Hire

Key Responsibilities

• Answer phones, respond to emails, and welcome walk-in customers with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Track outstanding approvals, payments, and other items needed to keep customer orders moving efficiently.
• Communicate order updates, pickup information, and timelines provided by ownership.
• Process credit card payments, prepare and make bank deposits, and retrieve mail from the PO Box.
• Maintain clean, organized, and presentable retail and customer areas, including vacuuming, emptying garbage, and maintaining displays.
• Monitor office, breakroom, and cleaning supplies and place orders as needed.
• Assist with writing and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), creating clear step-by-step instructions for recurring tasks and processes.

Qualifications

• Previous office, administrative, customer service, or coordinator experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented with a strong customer service mindset.
• Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment.
