Job Description

Express Employment Professionals, Mississauga North, is currently hiring Warehouse Associates for an active client opportunity. This is a hands-on role involving unloading floor-loaded trailers of designer shoes, repetitive lifting, sorting boxes by serial number, and preparing skids for shipment.

The ideal candidate is physically capable, detail-oriented, reliable, and committed to workplace safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Unload floor-loaded trailers containing designer shoes.

• Repeatedly lift and lower boxes weighing up to 20 lbs.

• Manually sort boxes according to serial numbers and place them on skids.

• Wrap and prepare skids for shipping.

• Assist with shipping and receiving, including unloading trucks and checking in merchandise.

• Match purchase orders to sales orders and distribute orders to sales associates for processing.

• Read customer orders, work orders, shipping orders, and requisitions to identify items to be moved, gathered, distributed, or shipped.

• Maintain a safe, accessible, and organized warehouse.

• Follow all workplace safety policies and procedures.

• Assemble products and participate in inventory counts as needed.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Ability to perform repetitive lifting and lowering of boxes weighing up to 20 lbs.

• Comfortable performing hands-on, physically repetitive warehouse work.

• Strong attention to detail when sorting boxes by serial number and handling orders.

• Ability to follow instructions and work safely.

• Reliable, organized, and able to support daily warehouse operations.
