Our client in Coralville, IA is looking for a Brand Ambassador / Event Representative!

Position Summary:

Our client is seeking a reliable and professional Brand Ambassador / Event Representative for a one-day community event in Coralville, IA. The representative will set up a small event station, play a provided music playlist, maintain a professional and respectful presence, and pack up equipment at the end of the shift.

No prior event or DJ experience is required! Candidates must have reliable transportation, access to a smartphone, and the ability to transport and set up basic event equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Transport, set up, and take down a folding table, tablecloth, and Bluetooth speaker.
• Play a provided radio-friendly music playlist using your own smartphone.
• Maintain an appropriate volume and a respectful, nonpartisan presence throughout the event.
• Arrive on time and remain at the assigned location for the duration of the shift.
• Follow all site-specific instructions and applicable facility restrictions.
• Keep the event area clean, organized, and professional.

Qualifications:

• Reliable transportation to and from the Coralville location.
• Ability to transport and set up a folding table and small event equipment.
• Access to a smartphone to play the provided playlist.
• Dependable, punctual, and professional demeanor.
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain a respectful, nonpartisan presence.
• No previous event staffing or DJ experience required!
