Pay: $15–$17 per hour
No HVAC experience? No problem! We’re looking for a dependable, motivated HVAC Helper who is willing to learn and grow in the heating and air conditioning industry. We’re happy to train the right person!
Assist HVAC technicians and installers with daily jobs.
Help install heating and air conditioning equipment.
Carry tools, materials, and equipment to job sites.
Assist with ductwork, refrigerant lines, and basic installation tasks.
Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
Follow instructions and learn proper HVAC installation and service procedures.
Provide professional and courteous customer service.
Willingness to learn and take direction.
Dependable, punctual, and hardworking.
Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Ability to work outdoors, in attics, and in varying weather conditions.
Ability to lift equipment and materials as needed.
Valid driver’s license preferred.
No prior HVAC experience required — we will train the right person!
Starting pay of $15–$17 per hour, based on experience.
