Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers by phone and in person with questions regarding services and accounts
• Provide professional, friendly, and accurate customer service
• Process payments and maintain accurate account information

• Enter and update information in computer systems
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Assist with general office and administrative duties as needed
