Inspector / Packer

Located in Indianapolis, IN

Salary: $18/HR

Job Summary:

·       Remove plastic bottles from the production machine and inspect for scratches, scrapes, dents, holes, and contamination.

·       Inspect bottle neck threads for quality and defects.

·       Place plastic caps on bottles and stack finished products onto pallets.

·       Operate and monitor 1–3 production lines as assigned.

·       Complete basic hourly paperwork documenting quality issues, rejected products, and compliance with procedures.

·       Adapt to working on different production lines as needed.

Location: Indianapolis, IN

Position Type: Temp to Hire  

Schedule: Rotating schedule 7am-7pm (2-3-3)

Pay: $18/HR

Qualifications: 

·       Must be able to speak, read, and write in English.

·       Strong attention to detail and a quality-focused mindset.

·       Ability to identify product defects and follow inspection procedures.

·       Comfortable moving between different production lines and workstations.

·       Ability to lift products weighing up to 35 pounds; most products weigh significantly less.

·       Must be dependable and able to follow instructions.
