Sanitation Associate - Food Manufacturing | 2nd Shift

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM-11:00 PM

About the Opportunity

Express Employment Professionals is hiring Sanitation Associates to support operations at a food manufacturing facility in Almena, WI. This position plays a critical role in maintaining a safe, clean, and food-safe production environment while supporting overall manufacturing operations.

This opportunity may be a good fit for candidates with experience in manufacturing, production, factory, assembly, quality control, warehouse, packaging, food production, machine operation, or industrial environments.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize production equipment and manufacturing areas
• Follow established food safety and sanitation procedures
• Disassemble and reassemble equipment as needed for cleaning
• Maintain cleanliness throughout production areas
• Follow GMP, safety, and company procedures
• Safely use cleaning chemicals and sanitation tools
• Assist in maintaining a safe and organized work environment
• Complete additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds or more as needed
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, and reach throughout the shift
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
• Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, assembly, quality control, food production, or sanitation experience is helpful but not required
