Job Description:
Digital Beverage Group is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Accounting Specialist with experience in multi-state payroll processing, state tax registrations, payroll tax filings, and tax filing resolution. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate payroll and tax compliance, resolve registration and filing discrepancies, and maintain compliance with applicable state and federal regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and reconcile payroll and payroll tax liabilities.

• Manage state payroll tax registrations, account maintenance, and tax filings.

• Research and resolve payroll tax notices, filing discrepancies, and registration issues.

• Ensure timely tax payments and compliance with state and federal requirements.

• Maintain accurate payroll records and collaborate with accounting and HR teams.

Qualifications:

• Previous payroll accounting or payroll tax experience.

• Hands-on experience with multi-state registrations, tax filings, and tax resolution.

• Strong reconciliation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Knowledge of payroll tax regulations and reporting requirements.

• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
