Express Employment Professionals is recruiting for a Professional House Cleaner on behalf of a well-established residential cleaning company that has built an outstanding reputation through exceptional customer service, strong team culture, and lasting client relationships.

This company believes great cleaning can be taught, but a positive attitude, reliability, and a genuine desire to help others cannot. They are looking for individuals who take pride in serving customers and creating meaningful experiences in clients' homes.

What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality residential cleaning services in customers' homes.
• Deliver exceptional customer service during every client interaction.
• Build trust and positive relationships with homeowners.
• Work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
• Always represent the company professionally and positively.
• Follow established cleaning systems and procedures learned during training.

Schedule & Logistics

• Availability from 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM preferred.
• First home appointment typically begins at 9:00 AM.
• Service 2-3 homes per day on average, with occasional days cleaning up to 4 homes.
• Visit the office approximately once per week to restock supplies.
• Team members are responsible for washing and maintaining their own cleaning towels.
• Must use a reliable personal vehicle for travelling between client locations.

Training & Support

• Comprehensive 5-day paid training program provided.
• No professional cleaning experience required.
• Established systems, structure, and support to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service mindset and professional demeanor.
• Reliable, dependable, and punctual.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Desire to help others and take pride in a job well done.
• Long-term employment mindset.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to perform physical cleaning tasks, including bending, lifting, standing, and moving throughout the day.
