Position Overview:

• Express Employment Professionals in Centralia is looking for an experienced carpenter to support residential construction, remodeling, and home improvement projects throughout Lewis County.

• Put your hands-on skills to work on a variety of projects requiring quality craftsmanship, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

• Evaluation-to-hire opportunity with consistent full-time hours and potential for long-term employment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform carpentry and remodeling tasks on residential construction and renovation projects.

• Install and repair sheetrock, flooring, windows, trim, and other building components.

• Measure, cut, assemble, and install materials according to project specifications.

• Safely operate hand tools, power tools, saws, screw guns, nailers, and other carpentry equipment.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.

• Work with team members to complete projects efficiently and meet quality expectations.

What This Opportunity Offers:

• Pay ranging from $22.00–$25.00/hour DOE, depending on experience and skill level.

Important Information:

• Previous carpentry or residential remodeling experience is preferred.

• Reliable transportation and the ability to travel to local job sites may be required.

• Personal trade tools may be required.
