We’re seeking an Accounting Clerk to support a healthcare organization located near Diamond Head. This position is responsible for cashiering, maintaining accurate financial records, processing patient transactions, and providing additional accounting support as needed.

What You’ll Do

Cashiering & Payment Processing

• Receive payments and prepare accurate receipts
• Complete daily cash counts and prepare bank deposits
• Process checks, patient deposits, and withdrawal transactions

Accounting & Reconciliation

• Post patient deposits and withdrawals to accounting ledgers
• Reconcile patient accounts and research discrepancies
• Prepare monthly worksheets and routine financial reports

Additional Fiscal Support

• Process invoices and assist with accounts payable duties
• Provide backup support with payroll preparation
• Submit and follow up on Adult Day Health claims

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Comfortable working with numbers and basic arithmetic
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Previous cashiering, accounting, bookkeeping, or office experience is a plus
