Facilities Maintenance Technician – Industrial Maintenance

Pay: $22.00–$27.00 per hour DOE
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM–4:30 PM

Are you a hands-on Maintenance Technician, Facilities Technician, or Building Maintenance Technician who enjoys fixing things and keeping equipment running?

A growing manufacturing facility is looking for a dependable Facilities Maintenance Technician to handle general building repairs, electrical work, plumbing, HVAC maintenance, and preventative maintenance.

If you're mechanically inclined, enjoy troubleshooting, and can work independently, we'd love to hear from you!

What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and pneumatic systems.
• Install electrical wiring, conduit, outlets, boxes, and lighting fixtures.
• Install and maintain compressed air lines and equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC systems, air compressors, buildings, and facility equipment.
• Replace HVAC filters and assist with basic heating and cooling maintenance.
• Complete general building repairs, painting, drywall repairs, and furniture moves.
• Identify maintenance issues and complete repairs safely and efficiently.
• Coordinate with outside contractors and vendors when needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow safety procedures and maintenance schedules.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in facilities maintenance, industrial maintenance, building maintenance, or general maintenance.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good communication skills and attention to safety.
• Dependable, organized, and willing to help with a variety of maintenance tasks.
