Are you a hands-on maintenance professional who enjoys fixing things, solving problems, and keeping facilities running smoothly?

A well-established company is looking for an experienced Senior Facilities Maintenance Technician / Facilities Assistant to support daily building operations, perform repairs, and maintain a safe, clean, and organized workplace.

This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in building maintenance, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical repairs, or general facilities maintenance who enjoys a variety of hands-on responsibilities.

What You'll Do

• Perform preventive maintenance and general building repairs.
• Troubleshoot basic HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and facility issues.
• Coordinate larger repairs with outside contractors and service providers.
• Complete daily maintenance requests, including painting, cleaning, and minor repairs.
• Assist with office moves, furniture assembly, and workstation setups.
• Maintain common areas, breakrooms, and exterior spaces.
• Set up meeting rooms, equipment, and audiovisual (AV) systems.
• Support recycling, supply stocking, and general facility operations.
• Operate facility equipment safely as needed.
• Keep accurate maintenance records, diagrams, and service reports.
• Help ensure all maintenance tasks are completed on schedule.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in facilities maintenance, building maintenance, or industrial maintenance.
• General knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot problems and complete basic repairs.
• Experience coordinating vendors or maintenance contractors is a plus.
• Basic computer skills for maintenance records and documentation.
• Ability to move furniture, equipment, and supplies as needed.
• Strong attention to safety, organization, and detail.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently.
