What You'll Do

• Recruit and attract top talent for light industrial and skilled trades positions
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines before hiring needs arise
• Source candidates through social media, referrals, networking, community outreach, and recruiting platforms
• Conduct interviews and candidate assessments
• Match candidates to opportunities that fit their skills and goals
• Develop long-term relationships with clients and employees
• Consistently meet recruiting and placement goals

Qualifications

• Previous recruiting experience in light industrial, manufacturing, or skilled trades
• Staffing industry experience preferred
• Strong computer proficiency and typing skills
• Experience using ATS and recruiting software
• Comfortable utilizing Indeed, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other sourcing tools
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
