Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM | Friday, 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM 

Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Shipper with a proven track record of longevity and reliability for a great company located in St. Croix Falls, WI

Key Responsibilities

• Material Handling & Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to transport heavy skids of finished springs and wire forms from production areas to the shipping dock, as well as load and unload freight trucks.

• Pallet Staging & Securing: Organize, shrink-wrap, and label pallets to ensure heavy or bulky loads remain stable and secure during transport.

• Packaging & Custom Layering: Prepare and package orders using specialized methods unique to the spring industry—such as tack board or cardboard layering—to keep precision parts organized and prevent tangling.

• Order Verification: Check finished batches against production orders, packing slips, and shipping documents to verify count accuracy, correct wire types, and proper dimensions before dispatch.

• Shipping Documentation: Maintain shipping logs, bills of lading, and tracking data to ensure commercial orders are accurately recorded and shipped on schedule.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Previous shipping and warehousing experience is required.

• Equipment Skills: Proficiency in operating forklifts and pallet jacks. 1-3 years preferred. 

• Work Ethic & Reliability: Demonstrated dependability, punctuality, and a strong history of employment longevity.

• Attention to Detail: High accuracy in order verification, documentation, and quality control.
