Core Duties:
Digital Beverage Group is seeking a highly professional, customer-focused Senior Customer Service Representative to manage customer inquiries, resolve complex issues, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and problem-solving skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries and escalations.

• Process orders, track shipments, and resolve order discrepancies.

• Maintain accurate customer records and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Collaborate with sales, operations, and other internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.

• Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and overall customer experience.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced or distribution environment.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.

• A proactive, professional approach with a strong commitment to customer satisfact
