We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Order Pickers (Breakpack) to join a Company in Lithia Springs. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting and preparing customer orders while meeting daily productivity goals. You will use warehouse technology and picking equipment to ensure orders are completed efficiently, safely, and accurately.

Background Check Requirement: Candidates must successfully complete the required background screening in accordance with company hiring policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick and prepare customer orders accurately and on time.
• Meet daily production and order fulfillment goals.
• Operate RF scanners, Pick-to-Voice technology, Pick-to-Cart systems, and other warehouse equipment as assigned.
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment.
• Verify product quantities and ensure order accuracy.
• Work collaboratively with team members to resolve issues and maintain productivity.
• Adapt to changing warehouse conditions, including seasonal temperature variations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

Shift: 2nd shift 2pm-10:30pm

Pay: $19.75/ hr
