Property Manager

We’re looking for a dependable and customer-focused Property Manager to oversee day-to-day property operations and resident relations. If you have property management experience, strong organizational skills, and a passion for providing excellent customer service, this is a great opportunity to put your skills to work!

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage daily property operations and maintain well-kept, fully operational properties
  • Build positive relationships with residents and help ensure resident satisfaction and retention
  • Oversee rent collection, budgets, and overall property financial performance
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, housing regulations, and property management procedures
  • Maintain accurate records, documentation, and property management reports
  • Resolve resident concerns and property-related issues professionally and efficiently
  • Conduct property and apartment inspections to ensure quality and maintenance standards
  • Use Microsoft Office and Yardi Property Management Software to manage daily tasks and records

What We’re Looking For:

  • At least 2 years of property management or related industry experience
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Strong customer service, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
  • Knowledge of property operations, financial management, and budgeting
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software; Yardi experience is preferred
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
  • Professional demeanor and a commitment to ethical business practices and regulatory compliance
