Express Employment Professionals is recruiting on behalf of a leading aircraft interior manufacturer, engineering firm, and FAA/EASA Certified Repair Station located in Burlington, WA. With more than 30 years of industry experience, this organization provides a comprehensive range of aerospace manufacturing, engineering, repair, and program management services while maintaining the highest standards of quality and regulatory compliance.

What you get to do:

• Dismantle and separate aircraft interior components using basic hand tools.
• Remove, sort, and prepare materials for disposal, recycling, or salvage.
• Follow detailed work instructions and established procedures.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work area.
• Properly handle and transport aircraft components and materials.
• Comply with all company safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements.
• Assist with material identification, segregation, and inventory as needed.
• Report damaged materials, safety concerns, or process issues to supervisors.
• Work effectively as part of a team to meet production goals and project deadlines.

What you need to be successful:

• Reliable attendance and dependable work habits.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
• Ability to safely use basic hand tools.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Previous warehouse, manufacturing, production, or aviation experience preferred but not required.

Schedule: Monday through Friday from 7:30AM to 4:00PM

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 (DOE)
