Production Supervisor
Located in Tallahassee, FL
Salary: $75,000–$80,000 annually
Now hiring an experienced Production Supervisor for a growing manufacturing operation.
This leadership role is responsible for overseeing daily production activities, leading a team of employees, ensuring safety and quality standards are met, and driving productivity and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day production operations
- Lead, coach, and develop production team members
- Ensure safety, quality, and operational compliance
- Meet production goals and scheduling requirements
- Monitor performance, labor utilization, and efficiency
- Partner with maintenance, quality, inventory, and planning teams
- Drive process improvements and reduce downtime
Qualifications
- 3+ years of manufacturing or production experience
- Previous supervisory or team lead experience preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment is a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and production systems preferred
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
