One of our clients in East Taunton has an immediate need for a Customer Service Representative to join their busy office. This role involves handling high-volume phone calls, assisting customers in person, performing data entry, and supporting general administrative tasks. This is a great opportunity for candidates with prior customer service and office experience who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Taunton, MA
Pay: $18.50 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8AM – 5PM

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming phone calls
• Handle customer inquiries in-person and over the phone
• Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently
• Perform data entry and process orders
• Provide general administrative support as needed

Customer Service Representative Requirements:

• 1–2 years of related administrative or customer service experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Dispatch experience is a plus
