Customer Service Representative

 

Express Employment is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative for a leading industrial manufacturer based in Lodi. The ideal candidate will develop strong relationships with a national customer base via phone, process customer orders, and provide exceptional customer service.

 

Pay: $21 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Location: Lodi, CA

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop rapport with customer base.
• Work strategically with customers, peers, and management.
• Review customer requests and provide quotes to match requirements.
• Process customer orders and follow up on order status.
• Coordinate shipping to meet customer expectations.
• Transfer customers to appropriate department. 
• Resolve customer issues.
• Collaborate effectively with Production Control, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Engineering, Accounting, and Outside Sales.

• Strong computer skills, with an emphasis on Excel and Microsoft Outlook.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
