Kitting Supervisor

$28.00-$34.00/hour

We are seeking a hands-on Kitting (assembling kits) Supervisor to lead daily kitting operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for overseeing employees, workflow, quality, safety, productivity, and material readiness to ensure production schedules are met.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and develop kitting team members.
• Plan daily staffing, work assignments, and priorities.
• Ensure kits are accurate, complete, and production-ready.
• Monitor productivity, quality, inventory, and schedule performance.
• Coordinate with Production, Supply Chain, Quality, Maintenance, and HR.
• Resolve material shortages, equipment issues, and workflow challenges.
• Maintain accurate production, inventory, and labor records.
• Promote a safe, organized, and efficient work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3-5 years of manufacturing, assembly, kitting, or related experience preferred.
• 1-3 years of supervisory or team lead experience preferred.
• Experience with work orders, bills of materials, inventory, and ERP systems.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 35 lbs. regularly and 50 lbs. occasionally with assistance.
• Comfortable working around manufacturing equipment and using required PPE.
