Key Responsibilities

• Direct financial planning activities, including budget development, financial reporting and forecasting.
• Oversee routine office functions and provide guidance and supervision to administrative personnel.
• Establish and monitor accounting procedures to maintain accurate records and safeguard financial resources.
• Work with outside auditors and help ensure the organization meets applicable financial and reporting requirements.
• review financial data and prepare report to assist management with business planning and decision-making.
• Provide support for payroll operations and the administration of employee benefit programs.
• Track marketing expenditures, monitor budget allocations, and assist with financial planning for marketing activities.
• Encourage collaboration, maintain an organized workplace and support efficient day-to-day operations.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in financial operations, accounting management, or office administration and supervision.
• Working knowledge of accounting practices, financial reporting and regulatory compliance.
• Experience using accounting systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Demonstrated ability to lead staff, coordinate office activities, and manage competing priorities.
• Strong critical-thinking skills with the ability to evaluate financial information and resolve problems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented and committed to maintaining accurate financial records.
