Production Associate
Pompano Beach, FL | $16/hr | Full-Time

A food production company is hiring Production Associates for a fast-paced, refrigerated production room. Schedule is Monday through Saturday, with Sunday and one other day off each week. The day starts with a stand-up meeting at 8:55 AM, and shifts typically end between 6:00 and 9:00 PM, or earlier when production goals are met.

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare fruits and vegetables using knives, peelers, and processing equipment
• Operate or assist with food preparation machinery
• Lift and transfer finished product containers for drying and processing
• Feed products into sealing and packaging equipment, then seal, label, and pack for shipment
• Maintain staging areas, keep the workspace clean and safe, and follow all food safety procedures

What You Need:

• 1+ year of warehouse, manufacturing, production, or food processing experience
• Comfortable working in a cold environment (about 37°F) for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and stand for long shifts
• Strong attention to detail, safety awareness, and reliable attendance
• Steel-toe boots required on Day 1
