Pay: $9.25–$13.00 per hour

Locations: McAllen, Pharr, TX

Schedule: Full-time and temporary positions available; schedules vary by assignment and may include weekends, overtime, and extended shifts.

Environment: Both Cold Storage & Warehouse are available

 

Express Employment Professionals is now hiring dependable General Laborers and Warehouse Associates for multiple local companies in McAllen and Pharr. Opportunities are available in manufacturing, furniture handling, warehouse operations, produce repacking, and cold storage food production.

Responsibilities Include:

• Load and unload materials, foam, cardboard, furniture, and other products.
• Assemble, fold, fill, package, label, and palletize products.
• Sort, inspect, and organize merchandise, parts, and materials.
• Repack produce and remove damaged or spoiled items.
• Pack, stack, and prepare food products and warehouse orders for shipment.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas and follow safety and sanitation procedures.
• Assist with general warehouse, production, and material-handling duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Previous warehouse, production, general labor, or material-handling experience preferred; some positions provide training.
• Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable attendance, punctuality, and attention to detail.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 25–50 lbs., depending on the assignment.
• Flexible availability for varying schedules, including Saturdays, Sundays, overtime, or extended shifts, depending on the position.
• Steel-toe boots may be required
