Salary: 24 - $26 / hr

Schedule: 2nd Shift, Monday - Friday, 3 PM - 2 AM

The Production Supervisor oversees daily shop operations, production schedules, and employee performance in a welding and manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for ensuring safety, quality, productivity, and on-time completion of work while providing leadership, training, and coaching to production staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production workflow and employee schedules.
• Lead, train, coach, and evaluate welding and production employees.
• Ensure compliance with all safety procedures and regulations.
• Investigate and resolve production delays to meet shipping deadlines.
• Coordinate equipment maintenance, repairs, shutdowns, and startups.
• Review work orders, blueprints, and schematics to support production activities.
• Operate and oversee fabrication and assembly processes, including cutting, bending, measuring, welding, and assembly work.
• Collaborate with leadership to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have knowledge of welding and welding processes.
• 1-2 years of experience as a Welding Manager preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of manufacturing operations, quality standards, and workplace safety practices.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to walk throughout the production facility.
• Prolonged periods of sitting and computer work.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
