Our Scarborough client, a leading manufacturer and distributor of office supplies, is looking for a Warehouse Associate to join their team!

Responsibilities:

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Receive, inspect, and put away incoming inventory and shipments
• Operate warehouse and material handling equipment (Order Picker, Reach Truck, Counterbalance Forklift)
• Utilize RF scanners and warehouse management systems to track inventory and process orders
• Load and unload products safely while maintaining inventory accuracy
• Replenish picking locations and organize inventory within designated warehouse locations
• Verify product quantities, locations, and order accuracy prior to shipment
• Assist with inventory counts, cycle counts, and warehouse audits
• Maintain productivity levels and meet daily picking and receiving targets
• Follow all warehouse procedures, safety protocols, and quality standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Skills: 

• 2-3 years experience in Warehouse or Distribution environment
• Experience operating Order Picker, Reach Truck, and Counterbalance Forkilft
• Experience using RF scanners
• Ability to learn and work with Oracle or similar warehouse management systems
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet daily productivity goals
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Comfortable lifting up to 50lbs

Bonus Qualifications:

• Forklift License not required

 Compensation and Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 9:30am to 6:00pm
• Pay rate: $20-22 per hour
