Our client in Willoughby, OH is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented CNC Laser Operator to join their manufacturing team. This position is responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring laser cutting equipment to produce quality metal components according to specifications. The ideal candidate will have manufacturing experience, strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC laser cutting machines.
• Load and unload raw materials and finished products.
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and production drawings.
• Verify dimensions and quality of finished parts using measuring instruments.
• Perform routine machine adjustments and basic troubleshooting.
• Monitor machine performance and production output.
• Maintain accurate production and quality records.
• Safely operate material handling equipment as needed.
• Follow all safety, housekeeping, and company procedures.
• Assist with other production duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred.
• Laser, CNC, turret, press brake, or fabrication experience is a plus.
• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools.
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation and good attendance.
• Basic computer skills preferred.

Pay Range: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour (based on experience)
