What You Will Do:

• Accurately pick, verify, package, and stage customer orders and custom manufactured goods.

• Safely load flatbeds and carrier trailers, ensuring zero dispatch errors through careful bill of lading and manifest checks.

• Utilize specialized multi-directional, side-loader, or swing-mast lift trucks (such as Combilift, Hubtex, Bendi, or Drexel) to maneuver wide and long-profile materials through restricted warehouse pathways.

• Process inventory data and maintain stellar 5S housekeeping and organization standards across dispatch bays.

What We Are Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

• Documented, hands-on experience operating multi-directional, side-loader, or swing-mast lift trucks.

• Familiarity with WMS/ERP inventory systems, RF scanners, and LTL freight shipping guidelines.

• Solid math skills for footage/weight calculations and the physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout your shift.
