Looking to take charge of dock operations and put your advanced forklift expertise to work?

We are searching for a dedicated Receiving Associate to manage incoming raw materials, vendor supplies, and commercial freight intake! If you excel at detail-oriented organization, systematic inventory tracking, and operating specialized lift equipment, we want to talk to you!

What You Will Do:

• Unload vendor freight from incoming flatbeds and box vans safely and efficiently using specialized multi-directional lift equipment.

• Perform systematic three-way matching (verifying physical counts against packing slips and purchase orders) and process receipts in the ERP system.

• Investigate and document OS&D discrepancies, managing freight damage reports and collaborating with procurement.

• Direct dock-to-stock routing, generate internal travel tags, and maintain clean, organized staging buffers.

What We Are Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

• Proven, hands-on experience operating multi-directional forklifts, side loaders, or swing-mast lift trucks.

• Strong communication skills for daily vendor and driver interactions, alongside solid numerical and data entry accuracy.

• Prior familiarity with ERP intake software (Oracle, SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) is a strong plus.
