Maintenance Lead
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Pay Type: Hourly
Overtime and occasional weekend work may be required.
Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Lead to oversee maintenance operations in a fast-paced production facility. This hands-on role involves troubleshooting and repairing machinery, coordinating preventive maintenance, minimizing downtime, and leading a team of maintenance technicians.
Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency is required.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate daily maintenance activities and technician schedules.

Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.

Maintain production and packaging equipment, including conveyors, motors, pumps, and PLCs.

Read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and electrical schematics.

Implement preventive maintenance programs and respond to equipment breakdowns.

Manage maintenance records, spare parts inventory, and vendor service appointments.

Train and support maintenance technicians.

Partner with production leadership to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.

Maintain a safe, clean work environment and follow all PPE and safety requirements.
Qualifications

2+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing or production facility; packaging experience preferred.

Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.

Experience with production machinery and preventive maintenance.

Ability to read technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.

Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

Fluent in English and Spanish required.

High school diploma or GED required; technical training preferred.

Forklift certification is a plus.
Physical Requirements

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, bend, climb, and stand for extended periods.

Comfortable working around machinery and in varying temperatures.

Available for occasional overtime, weekend work, and urgent maintenance needs outside regular hours.
