A property management company is seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Leasing Agent Trainee / Office Assistant to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with customer service or sales experience who is interested in building a career in property management. Upon successfully transitioning into a Leasing Agent role and obtaining the required license, compensation may increase to up to $25.00/hour.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls
• Greet residents, prospects, and visitors professionally
• Receive maintenance requests and coordinate work orders with the maintenance team
• Accept rent payments, accurately log transactions, and provide receipts
• Sell parking passes and maintain related records
• Assist with office administration and resident communications
• Utilize Microsoft Outlook and Word for daily correspondence and documentation
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and prospective tenants
• Support leasing activities and learn all aspects of the leasing process

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Word
• Prior customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, or office experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Professional demeanor and positive attitude
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment
• Interest in pursuing a career as a Leasing Agent

What's Offered:

• Starting pay of $20.00-$22.00/hour
