Job Overview

Express Employment Professionals is seeking dependable and hardworking Warehouse Associates for a night shift opportunity in Robertsdale. This position involves a variety of warehouse duties, including order pulling, loading trucks, cleaning, and general warehouse support. Candidates must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and operating a pallet jack safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

✅ Pull and prepare orders accurately for shipment
✅ Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
✅ Operate a pallet jack to move products throughout the warehouse
✅ Assist with inventory organization and stock movement
✅ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
✅ Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse policies
✅ Work as part of a team to meet nightly production goals
✅ Perform general warehouse and housekeeping duties as assigned

Requirements

✅ Previous warehouse experience preferred
✅ Prior pallet jack experience required
✅ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently
✅ Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
✅ Strong attention to detail and accuracy
✅ Reliable transportation and excellent attendance
✅ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
✅ Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
