Job Title: Assembler

Position Summary

We are seeking detail-oriented Assemblers to support the production of precision locks and security products. In this role, you will assemble small components, inspect finished products, and help meet quality and production goals while maintaining a safe, organized work area.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble locks, cylinders, and related components according to work instructions and product specifications.
• Use hand tools, fixtures, and assembly equipment to complete production tasks.
• Inspect parts and finished assemblies for defects, proper fit, and correct operation.
• Follow quality procedures and report defective materials, equipment issues, or assembly concerns.
• Meet established production goals while maintaining accuracy and consistent workmanship.
• Record production information and complete required documentation.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workstation.
• Work with team members and supervisors to improve efficiency and reduce waste.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with small parts.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions, diagrams, and basic production documents.
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Basic math and communication skills.
• Dependability and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous assembly, manufacturing, or quality inspection experience preferred.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements

Work takes place in a manufacturing environment and involves repetitive hand movements, handling small components, and sitting or standing for extended periods. Candidates must be able to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation.
