Shop Assistant 

Pay: $15.00+/hr.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, day shift

Job Description: We are currently looking for a qualified Shop Assistant for a company located in Okatie, SC. 

Responsibilities:

- Manage Web Store Fulfillment
- Operate Heat Press on shirts and other promotional products
- Perform Laser & UV Print Work for various promotional products
- Operate the embroidery machine for shirts, jackets and other promotional products
- Pack and Ship gift boxes
- Create and Print Cards and Labels
- Create & Manage Social Media Postings to promote the business and products
- Will perform general shop & office cleaning duties and keep materials & products organized

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in production, manufacturing, warehouse operations, administrative support, or general labor preferred, but not required.

• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office, email, and data entry.

• Ability to assist with daily production activities, material preparation, and general shop operations.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Ability to perform basic administrative tasks, including filing, recordkeeping, scheduling, and maintaining documentation.

• Familiarity with basic hand tools, shop equipment, and general production processes is a plus.

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs as needed.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the workday.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when completing production and administrative assignments.

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills when working with employees, supervisors, vendors, and customers.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities between the shop and office.
