Job Summary: Part-time Maintenance tech: General Maintenance and Repairs – Performs basic repairs on doors, locks, windows, walls, ceilings, and fixtures.
Part-time Junior Maintenance Tech: A junior technician should emphasize basic maintenance abilities, willingness to learn, reliability, and safety awareness.

 

Location: Pensacola

Position Type: Evaluation to hire             

Pay: 18-25.00 DOE

Schedule: Part-time Monday Wednesday Friday - hours between 8am-4pm

Qualifications: Junior Maintenance tech
Basic hand and power tool knowledge
Ability to follow instructions and technical procedures
Willingness to learn building systems and repair techniques
Basic inspection and troubleshooting skills
Dependability and punctuality is a must
Physical ability to perform routine maintenance tasks
Good communication and teamwork
Ability to recognize and report problems
Commitment to workplace safety

 

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
