Position: Warehouse Worker
Location: Concord, On
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Employment Type: Evaluation Hire (Temp-to-Perm)

Job Summary

Our printing company is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Worker to join our team. The successful candidate will assist with warehouse operations, heat press production, inventory organization, order preparation, and general shipping/receiving duties. This role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate heat press equipment according to company procedures.
• Organize and maintain inventory, materials, and finished products.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials and supplies.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using basic computer systems.
• Ensure product quality and accuracy throughout the production process.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
• Assist with loading and unloading products as required.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Perform other warehouse and production-related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, production, or manufacturing experience is an asset.
• Experience operating heat press equipment is an asset but not required.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Basic computer skills and ability to enter data accurately.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 15-20 lbs regularly.
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks throughout the workday.
