Express Employment is currently looking for a Building Maintenance II for a company in the Tulare County area.

• $20.00-21.00
• 1^st shift (8am-5pm)

Job Details

• General maintenance of rental units (cleaning and painting)
• Minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and repair power machinery
• Maintain grounds (mowing, spraying, fertilizing, and chemical week control)

Job Requirements

• 3+ years in Maintenance, repair, and grounds-keeping work
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Able to follow directions
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of power tools and hand tools
