As a Recruiter Specialist, you'll help connect job seekers with local employment opportunities, conduct interviews, recruit candidates, and build relationships with area businesses. This is a fast-paced position that offers the opportunity to make a positive impact in our community every day.

Duties Include:

• Recruiting and interviewing candidates
• Reviewing resumes and applications
• Conducting phone screens and interviews
• Matching candidates with job opportunities
• Providing excellent customer service
• Maintaining applicant records and follow-up communications

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and people skills
• Customer service or recruiting experience preferred
• Comfortable with computers and office software
• Organized, dependable, and self-motivated
• Professional attitude and appearance
• Reliable transportation

Pay: $18.00/hr.
Schedule: Day Shift | Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
No Weekends!
