Position Overview

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a reliable and motivated Field Service Technician to travel extensively throughout the United States and internationally to support customer facilities. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy travel, problem-solving, hands-on work, and providing exceptional customer service in the field.

The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, replacing, and servicing equipment and products at customer locations. Candidates with strong mechanical aptitude, carpentry skills, and a commitment to reliability are encouraged to apply.

Prior military experience is strongly encouraged but not required.

Essential Job Duties

• Travel extensively throughout the United States and internationally
• Drive or fly to customer facilities to provide field service support
• Troubleshoot equipment and product issues
• Perform repairs, maintenance, replacements, and installations
• Diagnose problems and implement effective solutions in the field
• Provide excellent customer service during site visits
• Complete service reports and required documentation
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Represent the company professionally while traveling and working at customer locations

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required
• Ability and willingness to travel frequently, including overnight and extended trips
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Dependable, reliable, and self-motivated
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lift and move tools, materials, and equipment as needed
• Ability to obtain and maintain a valid passport is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior military experience
• Strong carpentry skills
• Experience in maintenance, construction, installation, service, or repair work
• Experience troubleshooting mechanical, industrial, or commercial equipment
